HP Devco, Inc. was incorporated in 1987 as a partnership between the City of Highland Park, MI and the Chrysler Corporation.

Since its inception, HP Devco, has:

- Attracted more that $ 350 million in new residential, commercial and industrial development which include developments such as Manchester Place, Highland Manor, The Shops at Woodward Place, Highland Park Place and Oakland Park Industrial Center

- Created 1,000 new jobs

 

Attracted more than 50 major businesses to the community
